Everyone loves to decorate one’s home, right? Home is that place where one gets solace. It’s the heart of every human. One loves to spend time more in one’s home rather than spending one’s time unnecessarily. It’s not easy to be an owner of something. One lives the life of oneself carefree in the rented house but one souls rest in the home which you have decorated with your own brains. Your heart, your soul resides there. You are much more careful in your own home and careless in home of others, i.e. rented house isn’t it?
If you see a side of the roof leaking in your own home then you are the one who immediately try to repair it and then you will call the plumber or respective person. In rented house one calls the landlord first, inform him about the situation then if he gets approval will call the plumber to mend it immediately. Till the time you make a call to your landlord, the situation of the house will deteriorate further, right? But if it’s the matter of one’s own home you do not need to make a call to your landlord and ask him about repairing it.
